Thank you for visiting the cyber home of Healing Stream United Church of Christ! This church was established with the dual purposes of getting people in relationship with Jesus Christ through dynamic worship, prayer, and study and to be a voice of Christ inspired justice for all those who are too often overlooked in a dominant church culture that is obsessed with prosperity and law inspired piety.

As a radically inclusive, justice focused church we are here to meet the spiritual and physical needs of marginalized persons and communities. Marginalized communities today include: racial/ethnic minorities, persons with mental health issues, women, single parents, ex-offenders, incarcerated persons, thugs, gays, lesbians, transgendered, the poor, the homeless, the elderly, youth, legal immigrants, undocumented immigrants, and persons with addictions to name a few.

Jesus was born into, lived among, and ministered to the marginalized of His day. We follow His example giving a word of love and welcome to all. What and who we don't understand, we pray about. But we love while we pray and trust God to help our understanding.
